Subject: Futur of RF and Zaxcom Stereo camera hop....

Alright, i am thinking of getting a Zaxcom Stereo ENG camera hop. But
with all that is up in the air about the futur of RF frequencies, i am
questionning what is the safest known RF block at this point. I
currently have 3 Lectrosonics UCR-411A receivers in Block 21. So far,
they have been rock solid and i have not yet had any serious RF issues
( some small interaction in bethween transmitter but nothing that
could'nt be solved with some scanning and frequencies swap ). I plan
to replace my current Lectrosonics IFB also in Block 21 with a Comtek
M216-OPT7 and PR216 in the VHF band.

I have been advised to keep my Receivers ( Lectrosonics ) and
transmitter ( Futur Zaxcom ) at least two blocks away from each
other. But franckly, i am a little lost as to what is futur safe ( or
at least safer ) and what is not. I am thinking about Lectrosonics on
BLock 21 and 22 and using a Zaxcom in BLock 24. Would that be good,
safe and probably where everybody is headed or exactly the wrong thing
to do??? Which block is considered dangerous in the futur?? I am
located in Montreal, Canada.

Thank you

Pascal
