As a first-date film, I heartily recommend Gaspar Noe's "Irreversible" (hmm,
this is the second time in a couple of weeks I've mentioned this film in a
post). If it really is your first date, and she leaves the theatre on some
pretext during the screening and then returns, you wil probably find a SWAT
team lying in wait for you outside the theatre when the film lets out.

OTOH, if she makes it past the fire-extinguisher scene without flinching,
consider marriage (but take the usual precautions-- any history of insanity
in the family?, et. al.).
