Andy has just sent me a firmware update that appears to have fixed this particular problem.
Don't have any budget dimmer packs to hand so it could be a while before I can test it fully but,
according to the channel monitor LEDs, the problem does appear to have been fixed.
Means that the LC2412 submasters can now be used manually, which will be an immense improvement.
The latest firmware is ver . It's not yet available on the Behringer support site but should
appear soon. The upgraded firmware should be incorporated in new consoles and replacement EPROMS
will be available from Behringer or agents depending on location.
Must say that Behringer Technical Support has gone up somewhat in my estimation (although I suspect
that a lot of the credit is due to Andy Cullen's persistence on behalf of the customer!)
