Well, there's really only one flatulence joke, but it is a long one.

I would so love to have seen it with John Wayne, as Brooks originally
envisioned. It's hard to imagine Wayne's gunfighter being anything at all
like Wilder's, but then again, it's not the gunfighter I really think about
when I reminisce about this movie. Maybe it would have been, if Wayne had
played the part. It's possible it would have been a bigger Wayne debacle
than THE CONQUEROR. But it MIGHT have been great. Who knows? Wayne might
have had a real career as a result. ;-)
