[Baffled] Dead is dead. Are you suggesting that in the UK people die
but aren't counted until they've rotted away? Or what?

It looks very much as though you're starting out from the assumption
that private healthcare MUST be better than state-provided healthcare,
so if the statistics say otherwise then the statistics must be wrong.
That's hardly a rational position.
How about coming up with an explanation of HOW the statistics are
wrong? Any idiot can quote some stupid phrase. Statistics can be
misunderstood, but if you understand them they can be extremely
useful. You can't dismiss evidence just because it doesn't fit your
pet theories.
Well, most people can't. I notice that when you made your assertion
that the UK's railways were better in private hands and I replied
with details of the many, many ways in which things had deteriorated
since British Rail was broken up, you went very quiet.
