I'm glad you enjoyed it. Miramax hosted a Q and A event for several
departments including sound. You can see it at
/details/no-country-for-old-men/panel
Select the sound panel if you want to hear the post mixers and myself
discussing the movie. The lead mixer, Skip Lievsay was also the
Supervising Sound Editor, Another mixer, Craig Berkey was also the
Sound Designer.
I think the underlying theme is that I worked like crazy to keep wind
off the tracks, and then they labored intensively to add it back in.
