It is because, (as I have stated repeatedly in this and other venues) I
judge each issue on its own merits. I am opposed to the forced ending of
an unwilling human life, whether it is state-sponsered (like the death
penalty), or independent (like abortion).

The fence others have erected to remind themselves of which group they
belong to? I have never been much for group activities. I prefer to
think for myself.

Let's see - I am opposed to gay marriage rights and hate crime laws. I
just woke up, so that is all I can think of right now.

I'm also opposed to most reproductive technologies, but I don't know
which side of the fence that would place me on.
