You're on the right track with the local mall office. As long as the
play isn't going to be running while the mall will be decorated (In
other words between roughly a week before Thanksgiving and the first
week of January,) you may even be able to rent the trees. Many mall
management compnaies own those huge mucking trees -- it's cheaper to
store them the rest of the year than it is to buy or hire new ones.
You might also try any other organizations that have big artificial
trees -- corporate and large general office buildings, banks, and
government offfice buildings come to mind...
