I think another big plus for SD are the smaller dimensions. My Dell laptop
takes them directly as do many other laptops. Haven't seen too many laptops
recently that had CF slots in them. CF appears to be going the way of SCSI
and soon Firewire for all but professional equipment interface. I would
prefer my next professional recorder have a USB connection and SDHC instead
of Firewire and CF. Wouldn't it be great if we could dump files to a thumb
drive!
