I believe you are the proverbial wolf in sheep's clothing. I do wonder
if it is conscious or unconscious. But, either way, it is an attempt to
make intolerance of gays appear as though it is a moderate position.
There may be some people who will take that bait. People who need a
rationale to justify discrimination toward gays. But pretty much, you
function through denial.

Myself, I used to really not care. I thought it was a fringe issue that
did not affect me. Then came the 2004 election and I realized that that
fringe issue kept (what I believe is) a pretty nasty administration in
power. So now I advocate gay marriage. So we can get over it and beyond
it and focus on the real issues that concern this country.

Nice that you know "what I'm driving at", when all I'm really trying to
do is figure out just what assumptions you are operating under. It is a
very ideological approach and I believe it concerns notions of a certain
"Absolute Truth" with capital letters.

I've been honest all along. I question your ability to be honest.
